The traditional-style La Oveja Verde is set on a hillside at 1,245 metres above sea level. It is located between Capileira and Trevélez, allowing you to climb the peaks of Veleta and Mulhacén – the highest points on the Iberian Peninsula. From here you can also enjoy a cultural day in the historic city of Granada, 70 km away, or on the beaches of the Costa Tropical, 40 km from the hotel. Experienced hotel staff can help plan your excursions, providing maps and information necessary for trekking, horseback riding and other outdoor activities. The peaceful property is built in a typical Andalusian style, with whitewashed walls, terracotta flooring and dark wood furnishings.
